SOUND ADVICE: A Talk on the Practice and Meaning of Mantra w/ Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Dawa.
Mantra means ‘mind protection’. For centuries mantra recitation has been used to pacify negative thoughts and thereby give rise to a peaceful mind.
In this talk Gen Dawa will explain the meaning of mantra, guide mantra recitation, and teach a simple and powerful method of combining mantra with breathing meditation.
Dinner, dessert and lecture for $25 ($15 for Centre Membership Holders and FP Students)
