The internationally acclaimed Gruppo Storico Fivizzano Flagthrowers direct from Fivizzano in Italy lead the entertainment lineup, joined by the Brisbane Tarantella Dancers, swordsmen Prima Spada, historical re-enactment specialists Pax Romana, performers Diletta Luna from Brisbane and Two Italian Guys from Sydney, the famed pizza acrobat Youssef Ben-Touati, more than 30 flavour-makers and a program that celebrates Brisbane’s best Italian artists, entertainers, dancers, singers and performers.
